Forged By Faith is a registered non-profit organization based in Ontario, Canada. We are deeply grateful for the generosity of individuals and organizations who support our mission to provide employment, outreach, and hope to those facing hardship.

We believe every contribution — no matter the size — helps us make a lasting impact in our community.

2. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made through our website, PayPal, or Wix Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, the funds are immediately directed toward community programs, outreach efforts, and essential operations.

Because of this immediate allocation, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for donations.

3. Errors or Unauthorized Transactions

We understand that mistakes can occasionally happen. If you believe:

• You made a donation in error,

• The wrong amount was entered, or

• An unauthorized payment occurred,

please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and, if appropriate, work with our payment processors (PayPal or Wix) to issue a correction.

Requests must be received within 7 business days of the original donation date.
